Respiratory Rescue is a blend of loose leaf herbal allies that gently support your lungs and respiratory system during illness or other distress like asthma and allergies.  
 
Safe and Simple Ingredients:
Marshmallow leaf, mullein leaf, nettle, red clover, elderberries and spearmint.
 
Suggested use:
Add 2tsp into the reusable tea bag and steep for 10-15 in hot water. Sweeten to taste if needed. Elderberries can sometimes be bitter in a tea.
